Last October, Arkem Chemicals conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its European offices.

The participants of this survey were asked ten questions about their opinions on various matters that affect the organization in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and more General.

With the answers and all comments received from the survey, matters and processes can be further optimized in order to further increase customer satisfaction.

We would like to thank all participants for their cooperation and input.

In the week of September 26 to 28, the Arkem Chemicals team was present at the EPCA 2023 in Vienna, Austria.

In a beautiful atmosphere, extensive discussions were held over 3 days with various partners, including several producers.

In addition to the informative conversations with various loyal customers, many potential new customers were also received by the team.

The European Sales team of Arkem Chemicals looks back on a successful participation in the European Coatings Show 2023 in Nuremberg Germany.

With a good coffee served by the barista at our booth, we were able to welcome customers, suppliers and interested parties and inform them about our products and services.

Our company is growing steadily and needs more space for all our employees. So does the German office of Arkem Chemicals from Neukirchen-Vluyn. Although a concrete date has not yet been set, it is planned that our German office will move into the new premises in the city Moers by the turn of the year at the latest.

In 2021 Arkem in Europe extended the capacities by purchasing several ISO Tank Container. With this investment the possibilites for customized deliveries to the consumers are further improved.
