Also this year, a delegation from Arkem Chemicals will be present during the 58th edition of the EPCA in Berlin.
Between October 7 and 10, the colleagues are happy to meet you to discuss new, sustainable initiatives, to inventory possible collaborations or to get to know each other better in the light of this year’s theme “The Power of Action” and to investigate whether and where both parties could help and can strengthen each other.

In recent months, our team has worked hard to gain further insight into and optimize our sustainability performance with regard to corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the themes of Environment, Ethics, Labor and Human Rights and Sustainable Purchasing. This ultimately resulted in a great score, giving Arkem Chemicals an official EcoVadis© GOLD status as of June 2024. We are extremely proud of this result and thank everyone involved for their efforts. Our path to a more sustainable future continues and we trust that with this achievement we can contribute to a sustainable climate together with our customers, suppliers and other partners!

We are proud to announce that Arkem Chemicals B.V. has successfully completed the audit for recertification. By focusing and continuously improving our business processes, we can provide our customers, suppliers and (service) partners with optimal cooperation, consistent quality and guaranteed continuity.
Our Romanian office has recently opened and we are pleased to welcome Mr. Andrei Mirea as Sales Manager for Romania.
With a successful and proven history in sales within the petrochemical and metal industry, Andrei will, in addition to broadening and strengthening our network, also make new contacts in order to develop new business. In his role he will also work closely with colleagues from the Bulgarian office.

Last October, Arkem Chemicals conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its European offices.
The participants of this survey were asked ten questions about their opinions on various matters that affect the organization in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and more General.
With the answers and all comments received from the survey, matters and processes can be further optimized in order to further increase customer satisfaction.

In the week of September 26 to 28, the Arkem Chemicals team was present at the EPCA 2023 in Vienna, Austria.
In a beautiful atmosphere, extensive discussions were held over 3 days with various partners, including several producers.
In addition to the informative conversations with various loyal customers, many potential new customers were also received by the team.
